Hxndrd Holding LLC (“TokenFund”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the TokenFund platform at tokenfund.dev. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect: • Name and email address • Profile image • Authentication data via Google OAuth • TokenFund API keys associated with your projects (stored securely, server-side only) We do not collect or store API keys from third-party AI providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
Project & Usage Data
To power billing and usage tracking, we collect: • AI provider used (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) • Model name and endpoint • Prompt and completion token counts • Estimated cost per request (calculated at 5% platform fee on top of provider costs) • Project identifiers • IP address of API requests TokenFund does not store or read the content of your prompts or AI responses. We only store the metadata required for accurate billing and usage analytics.
Payment Information
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or financial details. Stripe may collect: • Billing name and address • Payment method details • Transaction history See Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy for full details.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the platform is used. These tools may collect: • Browser type and device information • Pages visited and session duration • Referral URLs • IP address (anonymized where possible)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to: • Provide and operate the TokenFund platform • Manage accounts and authentication • Track API usage and compute costs accurately • Process donations and apply credits to project wallets • Detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service • Improve platform performance and reliability • Communicate service updates, billing notices, and support responses We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. How Funds Work on TokenFund
TokenFund allows supporters to fund API usage for developer projects. When a donation is made: • Stripe processes the payment and deducts their processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) • TokenFund deducts a 5% platform fee • The remaining balance is converted into TokenFund platform credits and added to the project's wallet • Credits are used solely to pay AI API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash and have no monetary value outside the platform.
4. Data Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform: • Stripe — payment processing • Google & Supabase — authentication and infrastructure • Google Analytics & Vercel Analytics — usage analytics • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery • Resend — transactional email We never sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as: • Your account is active on the platform • Required for legal, tax, or security compliance purposes You may request account deletion at any time by contacting admin@tokenfund.dev. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed except where we are legally required to retain it.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including: • Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS • Row-level security policies on our database • Access controls limiting which services can read sensitive data • Server-side-only handling of service credentials No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at admin@tokenfund.dev.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • Access a copy of your personal data • Request deletion of your account and data • Correct inaccurate information • Object to certain types of processing To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@tokenfund.dev. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Children's Privacy
TokenFund is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as our platform evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
